El Tour de Tucson
Join Sequoia Springs for the 42nd Annual El Tour de Tucson on Saturday, November 22nd!
Mental health is like a bike — it needs regular care, attention, and support. Whether you’re riding to support the mental health of a loved one, yourself, or your community, your miles carry meaning.
Sequoia Springs Trauma Healing Center is a non-profit organization that provides support to individuals, couples and families in the greater Tucson area as they find their path into healing and recovery.
Every dollar you raise helps provide low- to no-cost trauma-informed care for individuals, couples, families, and first responders across our Tucson community.

Shift gears. Break cycles. Support Mental Health.
